Payment
Payment is due as indicated at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services will not be rendered until payment has been received when prepayment is required. Consultation fees are standard and final prices for services will be communicated and provided
on the company’s invoice.
Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments by providing at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments may be charged the full-service fee and may not be eligible for a refund. If Dahlia Veritas Consulting must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted promptly to arrange a new appointment at no additional cost.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information necessary for the requested service. Dahlia Veritas Consulting is not responsible for delays or limitations resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Nature of Services

Refund Policy
Consultation fees are non-refundable once services have been provided. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Dahlia Veritas Consulting.
